Barack Hussein Obama has recently requested democratic lawmakers who share his socialist ideals to establish a law that would give him despotic control of the U.S. Internet. This request has been met with the creation of the ‘Cybersecurity Act of 2009′. This law would give Barack Hussein Obama complete an autonomous control to shut down government and private networks by Barack Hussein Obama in the interest of national security.
One could argue a laundry list of why a politician should be able to disconnect critical internet networks both governmental and private at his whim to protect U.S. interest from another laundry list of terrorist threats or other issues, however another politician once said ‘those willing to sacrifice freedom for security deserve neither’.
Logic dictates that the last thing one should do if America is under attack is shut down critical communications. Only an enemy of America would ask citizens to unload their guns while facing an armed enemy. What logic does Barack use?
Heres a sampling of the bill:
One highly controversial aspect of the bill is Section 18 paragraph (2) requesting that the U.S. President “may declare a cybersecurity emergency and order the limitation or shutdown of Internet traffic to and from any compromised Federal Government or United States critical infrastructure information system or network” along with paragraph (6) adding that the President “may order the disconnection of any Federal Government or United States critical infrastructure information systems or networks in the interest of national security”.
Cybersecurity Act – 2009
Senate Bill No. 773 & 778
Unfortunately, this bill fails to describe exactly what scenarios constitute a “cybersecurity emergency” or what defines “critical infrastructure information systems.” The bill also outlines designs to require ‘secure domain name addressing’. which will require citizens to register domains through a higher level of governmental scrutiny and oversight much similar to a firearms purchase.

China, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Russia, and Cuba all currently exercise similar power. In the past, these powers have been primarily exercised to control political oppossition and protest by civilians.
This question is being circulated throughout the data networking industry. Many private networks have already begun to establish mirror connections outside U.S. jurisdiction in an effort to evade potentially catastrophic effects of network seizures by Barack Hussein Obama.

Did you read the text of the bill? Perhaps you should before writing an article that’s complete crap…. This bill enhances internet security in international communications, and doesn’t impact everyday internet users. Do your homework and stop with the fearmongering.
I can’t but agree.I always wanted to write in my site something like that but I guess you’r faster.
