Job Description

As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee the daily operations of electrical crews on multifamily construction projects. You’ll coordinate with project managers, ensure adherence to safety protocols and codes, manage schedules, and mentor junior electricians—all while keeping projects running smoothly.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead electrical crews on multifamily construction sitesRead and interpret blueprints, plans, and specificationsSchedule and coordinate work to meet deadlinesEnsure compliance with NEC and local electrical codesConduct quality checks and troubleshoot issuesEnforce site safety and company policiesCollaborate with general contractors, inspectors, and other tradesMaintain accurate daily reports and labor trackingTrain and mentor apprentices and journeymenRequirements:5+ years of electrical experience, with at least 2 years as a foremanExperience in multifamily/residential construction is a mustValid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician LicenseStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficient with tools, materials, and methods used in electrical constructionOSHA 30 certification preferredReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
