Job Summary: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing and supporting departmental tasks as well as routine and preventive maintenance. The Maintenance Technician is also responsible for the troubleshooting, repairing, and installation of all systems on property.Essential Accountabilities Including But Not Limited ToSupport department performing daily tasks as assigned by ManagementResponsible for adhering to all company and departmental policies and standardsPerform routine and preventive maintenance property wide on all systems and equipmentPerform manual labor as assigned by managementPerform HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, etcWork daily with company owned hand and power toolsComplete work orders as assigned in a timely, professional and safe mannerEffectively communicate details of work orders and give progress reportsNotify Management of parts and inventory needsUnderstand and follow work and safety rules and proceduresInteract with others in a polite and professional manner and be a positive influence on moraleJob RequirementsWorking knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and multitask effectively. Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet deadlines. Ability to keep track of and report on activity. Must maintain neat, clean and professional visual standards. Must represent Nevada Beverage Company in a positive and professional manner. Must be able to work flexible hours when required including weekends or holidays. A valid Driver’s License is required along with a good driving record. (Driver’s license must always be maintained). Must have knowledge of basic computer applications. Must attend all required Anheuser-Busch and Nevada Beverage Company training courses. Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended amounts of time. Climb on and off equipment, as well as up and down stairs and ladders safely. Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.Skills And Qualification/Education RequirementsHigh School graduate or equivalent, Must be 21+ years old, Five (5) years experience as a Maintenance Technician in a warehouse or commercial environment, Certifications in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing, Bachelor’s in Engineering, Administration or Facility Management preferred
