We are a third-generation family-owned business that is focused on designing quality products and delivering exceptional service.Our Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting a variety of equipment and systems to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime at the Decaturville, TN location. This opportunity could be exactly what you’ve been looking for!RequirementsWHAT YOU’LL DO:Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAssist with the installation of new CNC equipment including set-up and calibrationUse AutoCAD occasionally/as needed for 2 dimensional drawings (sheet metal flat-patterns, etc.)Use SolidWorks to produce accurate manufacturing drawings of productsCreate cutting paths and programs for CNC machines (such as plasma cutters, laser cutters, and tube benders) to produce custom metal partsSpecify materials, dimensions, and tolerances on drawings to ensure proper part fabrication. Use vendor software (CAM-Computer-Aided Manufacturing) in coordination with CAD designs to develop and optimize toolpaths for sheet cutting, tube cutting, and metal formingPerform preventive maintenance on equipment within established schedulesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usedPerform additional duties as assignedWHAT YOU HAVE:3+ years’ experience in maintenance, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (CNC preferred), with SolidWorks or AutoCAD knowledge, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial settingWHO YOU ARE:Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsSkilled in using hand and power tools, with working knowledge of basic welding, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing tasksStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset for continuous improvementOTHER REQUIREMENTS:You are physically fit, energetic and self-motivatedYou have the ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basisYou have a “safety first” mindset and understand the importance of upholding safety standardsYou are comfortable using computers and can navigate systems efficientlyYou have experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) and manufacturing conceptsYou are legally able to work in the USABenefitsA competitive wage and total compensation package commensurate with experienceGroup medical, dental & vision benefits, life insurance coverage401(k) & 401(k) matching programPaid time off from workTraining & development opportunitiesStrong culture to promote from withinModern, well-equipped environment with excellent staff facilitiesRegular team building & social events – we like to have fun!We appreciate all interest, however only candidates deemed qualified for the opportunity will be contacted for an interview.
