Self Storage Consulting Group (SSCG) is the leading provider of self storage third party management and we have an opportunity for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our facility in Turlock, CA.The candidate will be an independent, self-starter who has excellent janitorial and maintenance skills. Responsible for light maintenance on storage property and the cleaning of storage units.NOTE: Must have reliable transportation and Vehicle InsuranceWhat You Will DoPulling weeds and removing debrisKeep outdoor areas and walkways clear of trash and debrisPerform minor repairs and Assist with maintenance projects as requiredMulti-task and manage multiple projectsWill supervise projects with vendors and day to day processes of the Storage FacilityTrain new Maintenance Technicians at multiple locationsHelp prevent maintenance related problems before they ariseQualificationsMust be able to work independently Must be able to work with small electric hand tools Must have the ability to multi-task and manage projects in a timely manner Must be able to work in all weather conditionsPay: $18Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 2pmSSCG Benefits Paid Holidays Dental, health, and vision insurance PTOUse of a 10 x 10 storage after 90-days of employmentJob Type: Part-time
