This role is responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks across our facilities, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and emergency repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Inspect and troubleshoot facility systems and equipment to identify issues.Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and building plans to guide repair work.Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.Coordinate with and oversee external contractors for specialized repairs.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in maintenance areas and throughout the facility.Monitor and manage inventory of tools, parts, and maintenance supplies.Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders efficiently.Perform other related duties as assigned to support facility operations.Required to be On-Call per schedule and work weekendsQualificationsRequired Skills & AbilitiesSolid understanding and ability to perform repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.Ability to use building management software and other computer programs, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, iPhone IOSStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent time management and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both written and verballyEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of experience in general maintenance or a related field preferred.Trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Must be able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
