With decades of experience and a hands-on approach, we bring precision and reliability to every phase of construction.Travel required through South/South East Region of United States**Position OverviewThe Traveling Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects in various locations, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing all on-site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of construction sites across various locations.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor resources effectively.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address issues.Prepare and submit reports on project status, including budget, schedule, and resource utilization.QualificationsExperience with large-scale tilt wall warehouse projects >500,000 sq. ft.
