Headquartered in Tampa, Florida, with over 160 locations worldwide, our team of over 3,500 employees excels in offering a multitude of mission-critical services.We are looking to hire a Chassis Mechanic/Certifed Welder to maintain trailer chassis by installing and repairing brakes, suspension parts, pneumatic and hydraulic system parts and able to Weld (must be certified) at our location in Pasadena Texas.Key ResponsibilitiesRepair frames and metal truck trailersModify and reconstruct chassisInstalling electric wiring for dome lights and tailgatesFitting and assembling componentsUse hand tools and portable power toolsSpray, brush primer and protective coating on metal/woodWeld (Certification required) as neededQualifications And SkillsMust be a Certified Welder (Certification must be shown upon time welding test is given)Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Chassis/Trailer Mechanic Possess strong communication skillsDetailed orientedAbility to effectively prioritize workAbility to thrive in a team environmentHigh school diploma or GEDDCI BenefitsPartially employer paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance401k with generous employer matchLong and Short Term Disability InsurancePTO10 Paid HolidaysParental LeaveTuition Reimbursement
