Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.We have a strong in-house group of field technicians that services top U.S. corporations and are supported by top notch managers in our offices.We are always looking for talented people driven to be highly productive members of the team with an emphasis on integrity and learning.CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: Electrician ApprenticeResponsible for assisting journeyman and apprentices by carrying material, picking up supplies, cleaning shop floor etc.Job ResponsibilitiesGathers tools and supplies to be used at work siteMeasures, cuts, and bends wire and conduitDrills holes for wiring and pulls or pushes wiring through openingTraces out short circuits in wiringAssists in lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as wiring, conduit, and motorsPerforms minor repairs such as replacing fuses, light sockets, bulbs, and switchesMaintains tools and equipment and keeps supplies and parts in orderDisassembles defective electrical equipment, replaces defective or worn parts, and reassembles equipmentCleans work area, machines, tools, and equipmentPerforms other routine dutiesOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
