We are looking to expand our team and company by adding a Field Mechanic. Alliance Construction operates 20+ job sites each day and has over 100 pieces of equipment. You will have the opportunity to travel locally, fix different types of equipment and be part of our amazing team.Alliance Construction field mechanics will repair heavy equipment such as excavators, dozers, graders, compactors, wheel loaders, and track skid loaders.Perform repairs in a timely manner to keep equipment running and crews working.Communicate with the Shop Coordinator and shop mechanic(s).Complete paperwork and turn in the shop to maintain repair records.Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.Preferred Experience2+ years’ experience in related fieldValid driver’s license with satisfactory driving recordPractical written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsHealth / Dental / Vision InsurancePTOPaid Holidays401KWeekly PayYear End BonusClick Apply Now or call us at 605-728-2576!#hc159267
