Indianapolis, IN (metro area)4-6 month Contract (major industrial project)Directs daily construction operations and coordinates trade crews to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with project specifications.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage daily work sequencing and subcontractor activitiesConduct field walkdowns and monitor job progressEnsure compliance with OSHA 10/30 and project safety policiesResolve site-level challenges and escalate issues as neededCommunicate schedule and scope changes with project managementReview drawings and scopes to ensure proper executionMaintain accurate field documentation and reportsNeeds OSHA 10/30
