Come grow with us.Job DescriptionPay: $33-$40/hr base + shift differentialShift Premiums:+$2/hr on Mon-ThursShift: Monday – Thursday 5pm start time (open to 10hr or 12hr shifts)Location: Douglassville, PAWhat You’ll Be DoingThis is a technical, hands-on position maintaining heavy industrialmanufacturing equipment, this is not a facilities maintenance role.You’ll be responsible for maintaining production equipment and troubleshootingboth mechanical and electrical systems to ensure the reliability of Techo-Bloc’scutting-edge production machinery.Your tasks include:Diagnosing and repairing motors, gearboxes, pulleys, conveyors, drivesystemsReading and interpreting electrical schematicsTroubleshooting 480v, 120v, 24vDC systemsWorking with VFDs (SEW, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Lenze), sensors, and relaysStick & MIG welding and metal fabricationRepairing hydraulics (valves, solenoids, cylinders, pumps)Performing PMs and installing new industrial equipmentUsing shop equipment: grinders, torch, band saws, etc. QualificationsWhat You Bring 2+ years in industrial maintenance, electro-mechanics, or similarAdditional InformationPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
