Our approach is simple, but profound: treat every individual with fairness, respect, and dignity.Duties And ResponsibilitiesResearch technical data and perform disassembly, repair, cleaning, adjustment, and testing of cabin interiors and related equipment in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals, FAA regulations, and Ascent Aviation Services policies and proceduresInstalls aircraft interior furnishings, trim, and accessories, including carpeting, sidewalls, doors, windows, seats, partitions, galleys, and passenger service units, according to specificationsReads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and production procedures to determine measurements and installation proceduresMeasures and marks installation areas in aircraft interior, using measuring and marking instruments and templatesPerforms maintenance work such as repair and maintenance of company equipment and shop housecleaningEnsures that proper documentation is made on training records for training received, and signed by the Lead, Supervisor, or ManagerTests functional performance of installed itemsRework installations as requiredProper utilization of adhesive compounds such as 1300L etcAbility to work with protective coverings and tapes such as TEDLARAbility to organize and plan work adhering to deadlinesAbility to read, write, and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instructionAbility to interpret and apply technical data relating to positionEducation/Training:High School diploma or equivalent requiredPost-secondary education or training in aircraft maintenance or equivalent combination of education, training or experience requiredExperience:One to three years of experience in aircraft interior maintenance is preferredPowered by JazzHRyFkpb0NN6G
