The company is specifically looking for candidates licensed in South Carolina or North Carolina (or both) who want to grow their impact in modern lighting systems and architectural fixture installations. You’ll work directly on new construction and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality, code-compliant electrical work that helps unlock broader technology offerings for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, test, and maintain electrical systems according to NEC and local code requirementsWire distribution panels, outlets, switches, and lighting fixturesPerform diagnostics and repairs on lighting systems, generators, motors, and controlsInterpret blueprints and technical documentsPull cable, run conduit, and route wiring through trays and systemsIntegrate electrical infrastructure with lighting control and automation systemsInstall and support centralized lighting control panels and architectural fixturesCollaborate with project managers to ensure schedule alignment and documentationMaintain Fusion’s high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfactionQualificationsLicensed electrician in South Carolina and/or North Carolina (must be fully certified in at least one; willingness to test for the other is required)NC Limited Electrical Contracting License preferredStrong residential and commercial installation experienceProficient with hand/power tools and reading blueprintsClear knowledge of NEC electrical codes and safe practicesReliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a teamAble to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work from ladders or liftsWilling to travel overnight as neededValid driver’s license and clean driving recordMust pass a background checkBilingual (Spanish) is a major plus for field team collaborationBenefitsHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) optionPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid HolidaysSimple IRA with company matchCollaborative work environment with long-term growth potentialCompensation$40–$50/hour based on experience4/10 schedule preferred (flexibility required)Powered by JazzHRHRlGsLA0t9
