I am hiring for a prominent commercial general contractor who is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead complex construction projects across the United States, focusing on cold storage facilities, data centers, warehouses, and distribution centers. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage high-profile projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, labor, and materials across multiple project sites.Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.Travel to various project locations as required, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.Qualifications:7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with expertise in cold storage, data centers, warehouses, or distribution centers.Proven ability to manage large-scale projects valued at $15M+.Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid).Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at various project locations.Compensation/Benefits:Competitive salary range of $130,000–$170,000, based on experience.Car allowance + Per DiemGas CardHealthcareDentalVisionAdvancement opportunities
