Your problem-solving skills, hands-on expertise, and commitment to excellence will ensure that residents and tenants enjoy a well-maintained, comfortable environment. By responding to maintenance needs, performing repairs, and upholding high property standards, you’ll help maintain the Greco Seal of Approval, where every property has its own story and personality.Responsibilities:Grounds & Curb Appeal – Maintain clean and well-kept outdoor spaces, ensuring the property always looks its best.Flower & Plant Maintenance – Care for landscaping, including watering, weeding, and seasonal upkeep.Trash & Recycling – Manage waste disposal areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper sorting.Garage Maintenance – Keep parking areas clean, safe, and well-maintained.Work Orders – Respond promptly to maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing issues efficiently.Appliance Repair – Troubleshoot and repair in-unit and common area appliances.Painting – Perform touch-ups and full-unit painting as needed.Turnover Maintenance – Prepare apartments for new residents, including repairs, cleaning, and inspections.HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical – Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs in these areas.Preventative Maintenance – Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues before they become major problems.Other Duties as Assigned – Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth property operation.An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities listed above.
